Nice short music stand

This music stand is good for a musician who sits while playing- due to its short height your audience can still see you.
Just what I wanted.

The stand is great for being short enough for your face to show to your audience.

I am an artist who paints the table/desk of the stand with instrument designs. My clients are very happy with the artwork and the manhasset stand.
Great for seated performers And RECORDING

This low stand is excellent for seated playing, such as classical guitar. What is not obvious and equally important is that it is great for RECORDING. A regular stand at instrument height interferes with recording by blocking the full openess of the instrument, EVEN if mics are placed closer to the instrument. It is like having a small wall in front of the instrument (horn players even call this "playing into the stand"). This short stand does not interfere being below the instrument level with the advantage that you can peek at the music too!
Too short

This stand is too short, it dors not extend high enough for a standing adult. Idon't recall seeing anything warning me that it was not a regular stand? Its only suitable for kids and short or sitting down adults. Very disapointed.
