    As a 5'6" woman, it is just right for use on stage when it is fully collapsed. Fully extended, this unit would be appropriate for a standing Kareem Abdul Jabbar to play saxophone and read his music. When they use the word "tall" they mean it!

    I'm 6'1" and have always wanted a music stand at eye level. This it it! Th only thing I would add is maybe some clips to hold sheets, but not a huge deal.
