I own the Marshall TSL 122. All tube 100 watt combo. Amp matches the TSL 100 head. The clean sound from this amp is incredible. However, there is not a lot of headroom for amp modeling and overderive effects. the two channels in the amp are voiced to work great with these speaker however. the built in overdrive works great. I added a 2x12 cab to this unit to get more headroom with my effects. I added the 1936. It is a little bigger and has a little more bass. the 75 watt Celestions have fantastic headroom with effects. This JVMC212 add on cab is designed to go with this amp. It is the same width as the amp and when you stack the two, they look perfectly matched and very cool. I saw one when I bought this amp and considered getting it. but now, I would only recommend this if you want the premo clean Marshall sound or perhaps some of the overdrive. Personally, this speaker combo would be my choice if I turned down the volume and did some really sweet blues. EL34 tubes and these speaker sound great clean. so if you have the combo and want more volume of the same sound, go for it. If you want a premo cleaner blues, Clasic Garage Band, or country sound, go for it. But if you need headroom, go for the 1936. also if you have a Marshall head, this cab is a little too narrow and the head does not fit just right. I also have a Marshall TSL100 head (Can you tell I love the TLS series) It is a standard size head and that head fits perfectly on the 1936. When I record with this Speaker combination (Heritage and Vintage) I prefer for my amp modeling style to record direct into the recorder because the Heritage, vintage combination does not sound as good as direct in through four EL34's only.

Before i bought it, i had it test in store and i was astonished by the sound and volume of it. After that, my local store had a big clearance and i got it for super low price! it was a freakin' steal, i had to go for it. The combination of the vintage 30 and Heritage make the perfect mix. Also it's lightweight and size it is just perfect(compared to almost any 4x12, in my case, i had a M412B and it weights a ton and too big! doesn't fit my car without moving the backseats) Quality and Reliability : It's a Marshall, made in England, solid build, great speakers, great sound.. what else do you need? Look and feel : It looks like a small cabinet but dont let it appearance trick you... it's loud and has amazing sound. I recently recorded with it, one mic on each speaker, got the most amazing sound for a home studio recording. Do you want to have an amazing sound, loud, also want to avoid carrying heavy stuff and save space from oversize cabs? Then get this one. You won't be dissapointed.
JVMC212 - A great extension cabinet

First, please be aware that the JVMC212 is a speaker cabinet specifically designed to fit under the JVM series of combination amps (with 2 X 12" speakers) such as the JVM410C & JVM210C. It is a perfect match both visually & dimensionally to these amps. They look perfect together! The cabinet is not as wide as the JVM amp heads. Meaning the head will overhang the speaker cabinet. I never tried it but, in my opinion, this would not look or be good. Pros: Cab: The cabinet quality is 2nd to none. Build is exactly as stated in the typical product description. Speakers: Adding another Celestion 12" Vintage and 12" Heritage speaker to the same that comes with the JVM 2 X 12 combination amp sounds incredible. More bass, more mids, more highs, more of everything you can bring to the table with the JVM amp controls. Con: A little pricey but, you do get what you are paying for.
