The Martin 15-Style StreetMaster dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar is a celebration of vintage-inspired design and modern craftsmanship. Crafted with a solid sapele top, back and sides, this 15 Style dreadnought delivers a warm, balanced tone with punchy mids and airy trebles. The distressed StreetMaster finish adds a rugged, road-worn aesthetic, while scalloped X-bracing enhances its responsiveness and projection. Built for players who demand tonal clarity and strength, the classic dreadnought body shape provides the volume needed to fill a room or hold its own in ensemble settings. Equipped with Martin E1 electronics, this acoustic-electric ensures your sound translates seamlessly in amplified environments. A softshell case is included for protection and portability, making this guitar perfect for studio sessions or live performances.

Acoustic-Electric Guitar With Solid Sapele Construction for a Warm Tonal Character

The sapele top, back and sides of this Style 15-inspired dreadnought deliver a tonal profile that is both versatile and expressive. Known for its mahogany-like properties, sapele produces a balanced sound with rich mids and clear highs, making it ideal for players seeking warmth and definition. The all-solid wood construction ensures durability and tonal consistency over time, while the beautifully distressed satin finish allows the wood to resonate freely. Whether strummed or picked, this guitar provides a robust and articulate voice that adapts to any playing style.

Martin Scalloped X-Bracing for Enhanced Projection

Underneath the distressed top lies scalloped X-bracing—a time-tested design that maximizes resonance and sustain. By reducing the mass of the bracing, this configuration allows the sapele top to vibrate more freely, resulting in improved responsiveness and volume. The 5/16" spruce braces add strength without compromising tone, ensuring a dynamic and balanced output across the tonal spectrum. This bracing system makes the dreadnought body ideal for situations that demand projection, such as live performances or ensemble recording sessions.

Martin E1 Electronics for Amplified Clarity

Fitted with Martin E1 electronics, this instrument is stage ready and delivers a natural, clear sound in amplified settings. The under-saddle pickup captures the full tonal range of the solid sapele body, while the soundhole-mounted controls provide easy access to volume and tone adjustments. Whether plugged into an amplifier or PA system, the electronics ensure your sound retains its warmth and definition. This setup is ideal for players looking for a reliable and intuitive amplified experience.

Built for Durability and Everyday Use

The rugged aesthetic of the StreetMaster finish is matched by durable construction designed for long-term performance. The mortise-and-tenon neck joint provides stability and strength, while the select hardwood neck ensures smooth playability. Satin chrome enclosed-gear tuners offer precise tuning and dependable functionality, even after years of use. With its distressed finish and sturdy build, this guitar is designed to handle the demands of frequent playing without losing its visual or tonal appeal.

A Rugged Performer With Vintage Charm

The Martin 15 Style StreetMaster dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar combines a vintage-inspired design with modern features to meet the needs of today's players. Its solid sapele construction, scalloped X-bracing and Martin E1 electronics deliver a tonal and amplified experience that's both warm and powerful. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a budding singer-songwriter, this guitar offers the sound and long-lasting durability needed to inspire your musical journey.

Ran across this at my store in Athens Ga… folks, the stock pictures don't do it any justice! This guitar is beautiful. Having a solid sapele top and body and it being a Guitar Center exclusive is what sold me. The electronics/tuner are great. Shout out to Alex Koehler for your help.
