Martin Guitar Nazareth Factory Tour Part 1

Martin Guitar Nazareth Factory Tour Part 2

Description
The Martin D-28 Satin acoustic guitar features the characteristic projective tone and strong bass of Martin dreadnoughts, with the addition of a satin-finished top, back and sides. The D-28 has East Indian rosewood back and sides which are very resonant and offer deep bass and rich overtones. The non-scalloped bracing contributes to the fuller sound. Additional appointments to the D-28 include a mahogany neck in a modified low oval profile, an ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and nickel open-gear tuners.
Satin-Finished Top Enhances Natural Beauty
The satin finish on the D-28's solid Sitka spruce top allows the wood's natural grain to shine through, highlighting the beauty in its organic patterns and hues. The satin finish, along with the guitar's vintage-inspired appointments, gives the D-28 a timeless yet contemporary esthetic that fits well on stage or in studio.
Forward-Shifted Bracing Opens Up the Tone
The D-28 features Martin's forward-shifted X-bracing, which allows for greater vibration of the top. This construction provides the D-28 with an open, ringing tone with clear, balanced highs, mids and lows. The bass is round and full without being overpowering. Forward-shifted bracing, combined with the resonant rosewood back and sides, gives the D-28 a very responsive feel with impressive dynamic range.
Modified Low Oval Neck Profile For Comfort
The D-28 has a mahogany neck with a modified low oval profile that provides a comfortable feel for most playing styles. The neck has a high-performance taper that is slightly narrower at the nut for an easy grip and wider at the 12th fret for less hand cramping. The ebony fingerboard has a 16" radius and 1-3/4" nut width.
Legendary Dreadnought Sound
The D-28 produces the bold, resonant sound that Martin dreadnoughts are famous for. The large body provides a full, balanced tone that projects well, with articulate lows, rich mids and clear highs. The D-28 delivers a sound suited to a variety of musical styles, from bluegrass to rock.

This is the best sounding guitar/easiest to play I've ever held. If you're looking for a new guitar, please try this one first so you know what the quality American standard acoustic guitar should sound like and play like. For a price point just south of $3000.00, You are getting your moneys worth and then some.

I'm not a professional, but I play at home just for me, some church reunions. This guitar it's so nice, the sound it's awesome, the feels of the satin finish it's amazing. None of the pictures will make justice to the burst. I love my forever guitar. This one will stay with me!

I'm hardly an accomplished player, but I've always wanted to be. Test-driving this instrument at my local Guitar Center finally pushed me over the edge. Yeah, I'm gonna be a guitarist someday. I'm a huge fan of almost all genres of music, and so many musicians in our history wielded the D-28 as a trusted weapon. McCartney played it on Blackbird! Need I say more? I'd read somewhere that when you pick up a Martin and experience how great it feels and sounds, you get hooked. You MUST own one eventually. It took me a month of trying to resist, but I eventually went to Guitar Center, where the manager worked with me on price, and bought the D-28. I ended up ordering one rather than taking the one off the rack that hooked me. I wanted to leave that one there, so it might help another guitar player make a good decision one day.
