The elaborate limited-edition D-200 Deluxe acoustic guitar features rare pre-CITES Brazilian rosewood back, sides and headplate for luxurious tone and playing feel. Unmatched in workmanship and beauty, the highly collectible limited-edition D-200 Deluxe acoustic guitar is limited to only 50 guitars, each furnished with an elegant, wearable timepiece from Roland G. Murphey (RGM) bearing a matching serial number. C.F. Martin & Co collaborated with the renowned watchmaker to design and produce this unprecedented instrument to celebrate Martin’s two millionth serial number milestone after 184 years in business.

The guitar’s unique design is intended to symbolize the passage of time with a watch theme, sharing design elements with its accompanying timepiece. Martin and RGM pulled out all the stops with this gorgeous acoustic guitar, which is as much a work of art as it is a precision instrument. Handcrafted decorations adorn the D-200 everywhere, including a spectacular inlay on the back with watch gears cut from stone, mother-of-pearl, bloodwood, Hawaiian koa and ebony. The soundboard inlays feature a minute track in mother of pearl, birdseye maple, flamed Hawaiian koa and ebony, and a pickguard with pearl inlaid watch gears. Lastly, each guitar comes in a premium aluminum Zero Manufacturing attaché case with a built-in hygrometer that allows the interior environment of the case to be seen without the need to open the case.

Totally Worth It

Initially, my wife was upset that I sold our three children into slavery to buy this, but when she hears my rendition of Stairway to Heaven on it...well...let's just say she physically drags me to our bedroom. She left on a trip with her mother to see if she can locate our kids in Honduras so I was home, just me and Betty. I named her Betty because I can play a few mean Doobie Brothers songs. Anyway...while my wife was away, I may have had two, or maybe fourteen too many Jaegermeister shots and I had this brilliant idea. I thought, I could really get a great tone if I put a Floyd Rose on this beauty. My dad has this awesome set of tools and I knew it would be a simple upgrade. Apparently the wood they used on the top isn't strong enough to withstand a three inch router bit...wish that was clear in the owners manual. Long story short, after a lot of epoxy and duct tape, I now have the most rad acoustic guitar with a Floyd Rose tremolo on the planet. My wife never came back from Honduras, but it's not all bad, neither did my mother-in-law. I'm not lonely, I have Betty and whenever I get longing for a woman's touch, I simply take Betty to the local coffee house, play a rocking rendition of More Than Words and problem solved. Thank you Martin, the Limited Edition D-200 Deluxe Acoustic Guitar has changed my life! Pros: Goes well with my steampunk glasses Here Comes The Sun basically plays itself Chick magnet Cons: Not pre-routed for Floyd Rose Ernie Ball Super Slinky 8's don't fit well Not a family friendly guitar

Bad.

At first, I figured killing my parents as requirement by the mob was a small price to pay for such a beautifully shaped firework-holder. The gears, I assumed, represented firework explosions. I also believed that this particular firework-holder was 10 feet high. Turns out it's only 3 feet in length. But I did not know that when I ordered 975 of them without any research. I have tried everything with this holder, and here are my results. Bad for fireworks, as it will just blow up. The explosion triggered my PTSD, from back in 1453, when the Vietnam princess assassinated the 93rd president of the USA, George Bush. I served in this war at the age of 67. Now, at the age of 53, I'd like to think that I could have a firework-holder that does not bring back these memories. But that's simply not possible, I guess. After finding blood on the next guitar, rather than report it, I injected what I could into my upper thigh. Wish they would have warned me that injecting what turned out to maple syrup that I had poured on it myself with a rusty needle that I found in Africa would result in me contracting an unknown African disease. After being told to stay in the hospital, having an episode from Vietnam, and trying to get out, I discovered the incredible quality of its zip lining skills. Strong enough to hold ME, a premature 3 year old 23 pound baby. Probably its only good use, other than my next subject, napkin. After getting on the ground I noticed I still had some maple syrup on me, and I tried using it as napkin. Worked good, but then I found more blood on the guitar, which may have been the maple syrup that I had just wiped on it. Guess I'll never learn, you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I am 2 years old after all. After you-know-what went down in Africa, and all those orphans had euthanized and taxidermied, I was going to faint. I needed a pillow but all the stuffed orphans were taken, so I tried using the holder as a pillow. Not good. This fetal baby was not satisfied

It's just about filled up with the pennies now, and it's so heavy that I should have thought about why I was doing this, but at the time it just seemed like the right thing to do because you really don't want to play an instrument like this, at least that's what the saleswoman said. I'll need to take the strings off to get the pennies out because they're easier to put in than get out, and this safety feature was an added extra I thought about in regard to loss when I began loading it.

When I sold my wife, 6 children, and mother and law to the Mexican cartel to buy this skateboard I was really hoping it would have wheels instead it had gears and when I tried to kickflip the body collapsed Martin why would you make a skateboard hollow. I ended up using the crushed body as a sled and it works well but not as a skateboard martin I want my money back not my wife or kids just the money.

  • Is bubba my real dad?

    fromBubbas house, Ca

Certainly! Here's an expanded, nuanced, and engaging fanfic about Bubba, focusing on character and atmosphere while keeping the story respectful and entertaining: The showers at Ironwood Penitentiary were always loud-a constant chorus of running water, echoing voices, and the occasional clatter of soap on tile. For new inmates, the first trip to the showers was a rite of passage, and the stories they'd heard about Bubba only made the experience more daunting. Bubba was a legend in these halls. Towering over most men, his skin seemed to glisten perpetually, as if he'd just stepped out of a vat of oil. Some said he used baby oil to keep his skin slick, others joked he sweated it out. Either way, when Bubba entered the showers, people noticed. Today, a new arrival named Tommy stood at the edge of the showers, clutching his towel like a lifeline. He'd heard the stories-everyone had. Bubba's reputation was larger than life, and Tommy's nerves were frayed. He stepped under the spray, eyes darting, trying to blend in. Bubba caught sight of him instantly. With a slow, deliberate stride, he made his way over, water beading and rolling off his massive frame. The other inmates parted like the Red Sea, giving Bubba a wide berth. He stopped right beside Tommy, who tried to look anywhere but at the imposing figure next to him. "First day, huh?" Bubba's voice was deep but not unkind. Tommy nodded, swallowing hard. Bubba grinned, his teeth flashing white against his dark, shiny skin. "Don't worry, kid. Everybody's nervous their first time. Just keep your head up and your eyes forward." Tommy managed a shaky laugh, surprised by the gentle tone. Bubba reached over, giving Tommy a friendly pat on the back-maybe a little too firm, but not threatening. "You'll get used to it. Just don't drop the soap, and you'll be fine," Bubba said with a wink, echoing the old joke that made the rounds in every prison. As the days passed, Tommy realized that Bubba's reputation was more myth than reality. Sure, he was intimidating, but he was also the unofficial guardian of the showers. If someone tried to start trouble, Bubba was there to break it up. If an inmate was struggling, Bubba would offer a word of advice or a helping hand. One afternoon, Tommy saw Bubba step in when two older inmates cornered a newcomer. Bubba's presence alone was enough to send them scattering. He turned to the new guy, offering a towel and a reassuring smile. "You're safe here," he said. "Just stick to the rules." Over time, Tommy and Bubba struck up an unlikely friendship. Bubba shared stories about his life before prison-about his family, his love for cooking, and the mistakes that landed him behind bars. Tommy listened, grateful for the companionship and the sense of protection Bubba provided. In the harsh world of Ironwood, Bubba was both a legend and a lifeline. He taught Tommy that even in the toughest places, kindness could shine through-sometimes in the form of a big, oily man who watched your back in the prison shower.

i had to sell 4 acres of my skin, my heart, one kidney, my heart, and my lungs, and my children to afford this. I am so happy, Smoke on the Water could never sound better. I am surprised how cheap this is for such a high-quality guitar.

I've been looking for a watch to charge on the charging stand my singer's wife got me for our Christmas polyanna. Much to my chagrin, the watch that comes with this guitar is not a smart watch. Total waste of time.

    1) Yeah, Rosewood is nice. 2) I don't think a luthier would agree.

Can someone please tell me how many gold bars are included in the case with the guitar? I just want to be able to check the spot price for gold to see if this is a good deal before I buy. Couldn't find the gold content listed anywhere on the specs. Thanks!

It's not a good metric. The price of gold is always fluctuating.
