    Bought the Middle Atlantic RK-4 4-Space Rack online from GuitarCenter.Com site unseen. It arrived in great shape and was easy to put together. After searching through the box I discovered there were no rack screws for attaching equipment to the rack. I sent and e-mail to the address in the instruction book saying how surprised I was the unit didn't include screws. I must have had a reply within half an hour saying screws should have been included and asking me for my address. Three days later a package from Middle Atlantic arrived at my home with 100 screws and washers. That's service! The unit is solid and was exactly what I was looking for. It's a bit more pricey than GC's other wooden 4 space rack, but worth the extra dough. Good purchase.

    Is this a metal case or is it wood? The description says laminate. That can mean anything.
