Love it!

Went into Guitar Center and played with a few of the Uke's last summer. I was going to get a cheaper one since I'm self teaching and wasn't sure how well I'd do. So glad I went with this one! Compared to the others I tried and even the ones my friends have it's so much more comfortable to use, produces a beatiful sound and stays in tune very well! A few of my friends who have played for yyears are jealous after playing mine! One went and bought the same one after trying mine out! Would definitely recommend!

not for me, but nice for the price

I have 3 other Uke's and this one is the heaviest duty, sounds great, I like the weight and the smoothness. the neck is shorter than my other 2 concert Ukes which is ok, but at the top of the neck there is a mound that protrudes, and the way I play, my hand rests over the mound which has caused some hand cramping, and its just not comfy for me. My wife won't play it either because of the "bump" so I think we will be returning it.

Love it...almost in tune right out of the box and has consistently held it's tune. It's very beautiful looking and reasonably priced for the quality of instrument. Has a clear sound and resonates well. Didn't come with a strap button or any accessories...not even a cheap gig bag. It's neck is a little shorter and wider than all my other ukes (this one makes 10!) but I find that it makes it nice and comfy in my hand and is easy to play. It came with Aquila strings and usually I change them, but with this one, I am liking the way it sounds. Love it and would definitely recommend it.

  • Great sound, smooth fret board, and nice sleek look.

The fret board is slightly wider, so if you have fat fingers, the extra space is nicely accommodating.

Bought this on a whim last spring. Hadn't played in years, but it was on sale and I figured something pretty would keep me going. Started playing immediately and haven't really stopped six months later! This could be a great addition if you want something flashy or a great starter if you're looking for something unique and it goes on sale. Pictures don't do it justice, the ukelele is straight up gorgeous. It really makes a statement wherever you play. Beautiful sound, surprisingly loud! Easy to tune, though it did fall out quite a bit the first few days. The neck can be a little small at times, but I've adjusted. The only negative is that you're going to have fingerprints, light scratches if you're a passionate strummer. The gloss is stunning, but it's going to show every place you've touched it. I got myself a nice microfiber cloth and that usually does the trick. No regrets in buying this ukulele. Thought I was taking a risk on an in-house brand from GC, but it's been all reward!
