The Monster goes to church
Another online gear retailer might claim to be a friend to musicians but their house-brand mike cables seem to be engineered to just outlast the warranty. When we proposed plopping down nearly 4 C-notes for a dozen of these cables in the 20-foot length to our church's finance council, the legendary Monster Cable lifetime warranty was the clincher. The choir has never sounded better. Hum, cell phone static and occasional CB radio interference are gone. Since the mike cables are all the same length, the mixer's preamps are properly balanced. If a cable should go silent on us, we know we can take it back to Guitar Center for a replacement. For a choir, that's Heaven on Earth.

Buzz
My brother bought 3 Musicians Gear cables for recording/stage and they work perfectly but I needed a fourth for my snare mic, i wanted to get a good one so i bought a Monster Cable mic cable. It's got a terrible buzz all the time that started about a day after i got it. I'm sure their not bad cables in general but i paid almost as much money on this as all 3 three Musicians Gear cables and it's the only one that doesnt work.

Great for vocals

I've been a fan of these mic cables for quite a while. The oversized connectors don't always fit the xlr outs on my equipment so that's the down side. However the large connectors are great for vocal mice. They stay plugged into the mics and are very durable. A lot of cables at this price point or higher tend to have their connectors bend and disconnect too easily to be used for vocals. These work great. Highly recommended for vocal mics.

It wont fit some mic holders properly, because of the bloated plugs.

Yep, it's a cable, and a pretty good one. It does it's job plus looks awesome and it's pretty tough as well. That's pretty much the best any cable can do and this does it.

Received the cable for my microphone and it works very well. Everything I could expect for myself as a amateur. Cheap and it works!

Not much to say about the cable other than it works fine and comes with some colored bands that attach to the ends so you can tell connections better.
