Description
The Motion Sound KP-408SX Stereo Combo Keyboard Amplifier is the perfect choice for you. This compact and lightweight amplifier packs a punch with 400-600 watts total power, allowing it to reproduce any modern keyboard sound with exceptional clarity and punch.
The KP-408SX features two stereo channels, each with Volume, 3D Expander, Bass, Mid, and Treble controls, giving you the flexibility to customize your sound. It has two stereo pairs of 1/4" inputs on each channel, allowing for multiple keyboard inputs or even a drum machine. With a master volume control, a master low bass control, an XLR mic input (mono) and balanced XLR left and right outputs, you have everything you need for a professional performance.
Built out of ultra-lightweight MDF, the cabinet is designed to keep the bulk to a minimum, making it easy to transport to and from gigs. Its smooth yet angled cabinet design dramatically widens the stereo image far beyond what you’d expect from such a compact cabinet. You can also take advantage of Motion Sound's proprietary 3D Expander to turn the stereo sound into a real 3D image, bringing all sorts of motion and magic to your live sound.
The KP-408S has two 8" Eminence Beta-8A speakers and two 3.5" Dynamic Drivers, providing a frequency response of 70Hz - 18kHz. It has two-way crossovers - 2.5kHz and a 1/4" subwoofer output (12 db per octave @ 300 Hz) and a 1/4" slave amp output.

Great Amp, But Be Sure to Check What Components Are Inside

I bought this amp expecting Eminence Beta 8A's inside, but it had FaitalPro 8FE300's inside. The amp sounded so different that I replaced the FaitalPro's with Beta 8A's. I think you should know, since Motion Sound is still promoting Beta 8A's inside as a major selling point.
