Good fit and decently thick for light gigging

This bag is great for light gigging. I'm not really a mandolinist, but I do bring one occasionally along with my guitar. If you are a professional mandolin player you're probably not even looking at this bag, but if you're like me, an occasional mandolin player (as accessory to guitar) this works well. Please note you won't be able to carry music or cables with this case, but I'm ok with that because I just put them in my guitar bag.

It's "okay"

It holds a mandolin. I use it to hold a mandolin. If I had bought a more expensive mandolin, I would have bought a bag with more protection and pockets.
