I ordered these after being told by EV these were the stands I need. Turns out EV outsources these to OnStage Stands. When they arrived I thought I had been shipped the wrong item, and the poles are 1/8" too narrow to snugly fit my ELX118P subwoofer consequently my ZLX115P's were wobbly. These stands include a worthless grommet that I assume was to address the sizing issue. It pops out and does not work well. The stands are otherwise sturdy. I attempted to exchange them through my local GC store which turned into a weeks long hassle full of misinformation and lack of followup by the GC staff. Ultimately they figured out that these are the correct stand and EV has outsourced the production to OnStage. Why they don't have them label them as EV is beyond me. GC needs to update their site to reflect this. As for my needs I am now waiting for them to re-ship me a new set of stands as I returned the ones I had due to the promise they were going to order the EV stands factory direct and that never happened. I will likely end up wrapping the end of the stand with Gaffer Tape to resolve the sizing issue and hopefully stabilize these stands so my speakers wont wobble and turn when my PA is cranked up or should they be bumped.
