Good with a few adjustments...

The stand is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I use mine while sitting and due to that there are a few things to look out for. 1) There is a hole @ ~24" and then nothing until about ~29" This is o.k. depending on your keyboard height. But if you're looking for a standard piano height you might need to drill if your keyboard is thin. Worked fine for a P85. 2) There is little room for your knees the way it comes. I fixed this by swaping the four hinged support bars so the top became the bottom, etc. This put the main cross bracket toward the bottom instead of directly at knee height. Was pretty easy to do and works great now.

On-Stange Stands Rule... maybe not when shipped by GC...

The product is great - buying it from Guitar Center, not as much... I am unsure why they think it is a good idea to ship the unit in the original packaging... When I received mine, there was a bend in the main unit that made it impossible to assemble. I had to get out some tools and take the time to bend it back. I have bought only one other item from Guitar Center before and the packaging was also severely damaged upon receipt. Please do better! On-Stage stands is 5 stars all the way.

Adjustable height works to integrate with a lower height Frameworks keyboard stand. Combined stands yields 3 tier setup which works fine for home studio setup.

This stand for my exact needs. The assembly was easy, and the frame is sturdy and strong. The pianos do not wobble on either tier, and the knobs along the frame actually make a perfect guide to keep wires clean and out of the way.

  • I'm considering buying a second Z stand.

This Z stand is dynamite! It's easy to use. It looks sharp on stage and most important, it's extremely sturdy. I highly recommend this to any serious professional keyboardist Who values their instrument and wants to make sure that they are not going to falll. Thank you to the staff at on stage and guitar center You guys take pride in your customers. I really appreciate that as a musician Thanks, Daron

What a bargain! Regardless of price, this is the sturdiest double-keyboard stand I've ever seen. Quite heavy. It took about 20 minutes to put together and, in doing so, I could see how well designed and constructed it was. Very sturdy. Glad to have it!
