Adequate stand but needs to be tweaked
I bought this stand for a Fender Acoustasonic to be used around the house. The arms fold out at an angle greater than 90 degees (as noted by other reviewers), so the amp can be rocked back and forth. I drilled and tapped one of the crosspieces on the bottom and installed an adjusment screw with a jam nut and plastic cap on each side. I used the screws to adjust the bottom support arm to a 90 degree angle with the top support arm. Now the amp feels very solid in position. If interested, I used 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" screws that go in from the bottom. You can see the screws in the attached image.

I would not buy this stand again.
This amp stand might be OK for a very small practice amp. I have a Peavey TKO 65 amp (only about 50lbs) and it doesn't sit very well on this stand. It opens to more than 90* which to me doesn't feel very sturdy. I would definitely pay $10 more and get the Proline amp stand.

I wanted an amp stand so my GK MB-112 wouldn't sit right on the floor and be pointed up toward me. The angle of the bottom and back don't jive. The back crossbar hit where the AC plug has to plug in. I used felt pads to raise the bottom almost 1/2". It's ok now, but not perfect.
works as it should.

I use this onstage in the church worship band for my '54 Fender Champ amp; it does the job fine and the angle it sits works well.

I have a Fender Pro Junior IV and this tilted stand works perfect for it. I know the stand can hold more weight as well. It's a pretty simple concept and design. The stand helps my amp push the sound up and into the room especially since I have such a small amp. I looked at stands that were more elevated but the affordability and mobility of this stand made this an easy choice for me.
