I use this to hold guitars I switch out playing. It does the job and I like the spring mounted arm that holds necks in place. My one beef is that the top doesn't lock into place, vas I learned when leaning to pick a guitar out of the rack. The top twisted, putting all guitars in jeopardy of falling out sideways. So if careful, it is fine. Just don't use it on stage.

These stands never fall over no matter what and the flip it is a nice design to make sure your guitars never fall out. Been using these for years and it never fails.

It holds my bass, acoustic and electric easliy. The neck siupports close and keep the instruments from tipping out. I was afraid the bass would throw the weight distribution off, but it sits securely. We are really happy with it,

As soon as i set my bass against neck rest it snapped right off. Glad I still had my hand close to catch it. Very displeased.

The stand design is built for 3 guitars but right out of the box I found that I could not use it! I placed 3 acoustic guitars on it and they hit each other. Eventually this stand will cause damage and marring to the finish of your instruments. I didn't send it back, I gave it away and ate the loss.
