Low Enough For Me

A great, heavy-duty stand. Bought it for my new Yamaha XF8 88-note board. When using it for music production, I like to sit down and my X-leg stand made it too high to play comfortably -- the Yamaha is a very thick board. With my old stand that made the keyboard about 30.5 inches tall -- too high to play comfortably while sitting down, even with a high bench. This stand brought it down by a full two inches to 28.5 inches, a comfortable working height. And because of its four-leg design, the stand is super stable, no wobble at all. You can move the legs any way you want to support the board so it gives you a lot of flexibility and folds up into a nice, compact easy-to-carry stand, great for gigs. Awesome!

Purchased then returned

Just poor workmanship missing parts, not easily replaced by user without damaging the unit. Loose bolts. mis-aligned legs , wouldn't close completely Difficult to open and close. I exchanged it for a Pro-line double x. Nice to finally own a quality keyboard stand.

I have been a professional musician since 1978. I have owned so many Keyboard stands in my life, that I can not remember them all. I do know that for a "sit down Keyboard stand, this among the very best. I like standing at gigs for the most part, but if you are playing Piano in a band, standing is not the best. You can only use one pedal at a time while standing. This is just a great sitting down stand, period.

  • I wouldn't buy again

I bought this for my Yamaha S90 es It fits great and is very stable. Lots of leg room compared to the z style keyboard stands.

Holding a Casio CDP 135 Digital Piano (88 key). Stable enough for my kids to learn how to play piano and enough leg room for me to use (Im 6'4").

Would this stand work with the Casio PX-S1000 digital piano? It is pretty narrow at 9" deep, but really like the minimalist design of this stand.
