I wanted a lighter weight bass amp for practicing and to use on smaller gigs. This is hands down the best small bass amp I've seen and heard. No regrets paying the premium price for it.
It needs a little more work to match the price!

This is a great amp and it sounds amazing after you fix a couple of things... I bought it brand new and plugged it in and I could here it rattling while playing. I felt that a over 2100$ Amp should be flawless in sound. I returned it and found it used for almost half the price. This one had the same issue as the new one so I decided to investigate it and see if it is fixable. Pulled of the steel grill and found one of the screws is touching the metal on the top left speaker! The very inexpensive foam liner the grill sits on was also not lined up. Two of the screws were stripped into the wood, not a brass fitting on the other speaker. Once I replaced the 2 screws with thicker ones, adding some locktite to help prevent them from loosing. I then moved the placement of the screws for the grill. Closer to 12,9,6 and 3 o'clock positioning the rattling completely went away. Absolutely love this little beast now! All the thickness at low volume and once you adjust it properly you can really push it to the point your ears will do the rattling now lol!
