The S16 includes an ULTRANET port and AES50 connectivity for lag-free digital transfer of audio to front-of-house consoles and monitor mixers. Both protocols provide 16 channels of 24-bit digital audio over a single CAT5 cable. With round-trip latency under 1ms, you'll experience none of the timing issues associated with analog snake cables. Remote control functionality even allows you to adjust preamp parameters like gain and phantom power right from the mixing console.

Direct Monitoring for Checking Your Mix

To hear exactly what's coming off the stage, the S16 provides direct monitoring capability and a headphone jack right on the stage box.
