    I highly recommend this Digital Drum Tuner for tuning your conga drums. I was skeptical at first before purchasing but what an amazing surprise. My conga drums sounds are really sweet and pure. I will always have this equipment with me. It really makes your drums resonate beautifully with each other.

    I use this product every week to keep my drums in tune (although I believe it's overkill, I figure why not since I have this beauty). My drums sound AMAZING after using this device. It's all in the subtleties, and this certainly proves it.

    I first bought the analog version of this unit to savanna a few bucks but found it hard to read the dial, especially in low light conditions. I returned it and bought the digital version which cost more but is well worth the money. The digital display is much easier to read.

    Do you use tuner on both top and bottom lugs of the drum being tuned ?

    In the event of tuning a drum with a top and bottom head, you would need to tune them both. You go in a star shape and tune them until they are all in the desired range.
