Been playing through a trace Elliot for years. Lost its thump. Played through the gk and instantly turned heads. Played all the other amps in the store and kept coming back to the gk.

  • I had two of these.

I used both amps to do church gigs..It cost me 150.00 each to repair both of them but had to junk out one of them when ithey failed a 2nd time. And the price has been raised.

I've owned my Gallien-Krueger MB 115 for several years now. By far it is the best combo amp I have ever owned. I needed a combo amp for home use, studio work, smaller shows and for playing at church. I think I've owned mine for at least 5 years now or maybe even longer and the amp has been very reliable. It has never given me a single problem, is built very well and durable. With the neodymium speakers, it is incredibly light weight. Somewhere under 40lbs. The amp is very versatile in producing tones across the sound spectrum. Even at high volumes, the lows sound crystal clear. Even on a 5 string bass. The kids and highs are also very clear. I have put this combo amp against other brands, some more expensive, and none have sounded as good or as clear. If you are needing a good, reliable and versatile combo amp, look no further than the Gallien-Krueger MB 115. I promise you will not be disappointed!
