With its comfortable body and distinctive voice, the Guild M-140 Westerly Collection concert acoustic guitar provides excellent balance and a delicate tone. Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid African mahogany back and sides, the M-140’s 24-3/4" scale length and 1-3/4" nut width on a vintage-shaped Guild neck make this concert-sized guitar easy to play. The Guild M-140 features an Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, mother-of-pearl rosette and period-correct tortoiseshell pickguard. This model also showcases Guild’s iconic Chesterfield headstock emblem reminiscent of 1960s Guilds, and includes Guild’s premium gig bag.

    My fussy right shoulder doesn't like dreadnoughts. After trying a few different solutions, I came to this Guild model and I couldn't be happier--or more comfortable. This guitar sounds gorgeous and is well-made. The wood grains are straight and attractive, the finish is smooth and uniform, She's beautiful without any tacky bling. She feels solid and looks like she'll live forever. My only quibble is that she comes with plastic bridge pins, (the bridge and nut are bone) but that's an easy and inexpensive fix. If you're on the lookout for another acoustic guitar, I encourage you to check out Guild's M-140. I think you'll be pleased.
