Great Stand - Does Not Fit MX49

I bought this stand intended for my new MX49 synth. It is a great stand: stable, strong, transportable. But the MX49 is simply too small for it and is unstable. For one thing, the stand is way to deep (front to back), and set up for a sitting playing position, it is way too wide (left to right). The problem is solved by using a board between the synth and stand arms. But that means carrying yet another piece of gear to performances. For me, it is part of my home studio, so using a board is no biggie. But if you intend to take your MX49 on the road, you'll need a stand that fits it mo betta.

This is a very good keyboard stand at a reasonable price. I use it at home but, it would be suitable for a live venue if you were only using one keyboard.
