I purchased the tubano for my son to be able to drum with his music therapist in our new virtual music therapy sessions. It's great!

My wife and I went to our oldest grandson's choir concert and he played the Tubano for one of the songs. We were quite impressed with the sound. He had played the Congas the day before for a song his mother sang at Church. Both instances were impressive to everyone in attendance. The Conga like sound from the Tubano is remarkable.

I had the opportunity to witness and hear this drum being used in music class. The sounds was very impressive. The students were varied in skill, but the sound stayed consistent. It was an invabluable tool as part of a music lesson on rhythm patterns. NO TUNING IS A PLUS! The ruggedness is essential for the kids.
