Molded to naturally contour to your hand, the RhythmTech Tambourine's cushioned handle reduces fatigue, allowing percussionists and musicians to keep a steady beat during extended play. The tambourine's 10 pairs of nickel jingles produce a bright, metallic chime that cuts through mixes, ideal for accenting rhythms or adding texture to recordings and live performances. The RhythmTech Tambourine is a must-have for any tambourine player seeking an innovative design and professional-grade sound.

Ergonomic Handle Provides a Secure, Comfortable Grip

The RhythmTech Tambourine's molded handle is shaped to fit perfectly in your hand, reducing stress and allowing for effortless play. Its cushioned material provides a secure grip that won't slip, even during energetic or complex playing. The ergonomic handle's thoughtful design makes playing tambourine more comfortable and natural, ideal for long gigs, rehearsals or recording sessions.

Nickel Jingles Produce a Bright, Crisp Tone

Ten pairs of nickel jingles give the RhythmTech Tambourine a cutting tone that projects through full mixes. The tambourine's nickel jingles emit a crystalline, metallic chime that provides rhythmic accenting and textural elements to any genre of music. Created from nickel-plated steel, the durable jingles will withstand years of play without losing their tone or shape. Their small size enables a quick, precise response, ideal for complex or syncopated rhythms.

Lightweight but Durable Construction

Weighing just 8 ounces, the RhythmTech Tambourine is lightweight enough for extended play yet durable enough to withstand night after night of use. Its high-impact molded plastic frame and nickel-plated steel jingles are built to last through even the most rigorous playing. The tambourine's minimal weight reduces fatigue, allowing you to keep a steady beat during long sets or recording sessions. Despite its lightweight build, the RhythmTech Tambourine produces a surprisingly full, loud tone that projects clearly in any setting.

Versatile and Portable Design

The RhythmTech Tambourine's compact size and minimal weight make it easy to transport to gigs, rehearsals or studios. Its molded handle provides a convenient way to carry the tambourine, and its small footprint means it will fit easily into any gear bag or stick bag. The tambourine's simple yet innovative design also allows it to work well in a variety of musical genres and settings. Whether you need a tambourine for rock, pop, hip hop or world music, the RhythmTech Tambourine delivers a versatile tone and comfortable playability for any style.

Sounds great!

I am a guitarist who purchased this tambourine for bi weekly jam nights. I was impressed the quality of the instrument and the black color just looked cool. This tambourine is very simple to use (dah), comfortable, and just plain sounds great. I have even received compliments that this tambourine sounds "really good". The sounds are crisp and clear and do not sound toy like at all. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a tambourine.

Cheap Looking Construction, Uncomfortable Grip

Doesn't look very much like the picture. The plastic is clearly very cheap and, I would imagine, not too sturdy. I know the grip is supposedly 'ergonomic' or something because it at the center of gravity of the tambourine, but it's shaped strangely (opposite from the way you would expect it to be) and made from hard plastic. Decent sound, though.

I previously had a much lighter version but this has no seams so it will not explode like the last one .. lol. It's just a bit wide to fit my small hand comfortably but I make it work and I feel comfortable knowing it's made well. The width is what made me post 4 stars instead of 5.

You can clean them with Cymbal polish. That will remove the tarnish and bring back the shine.
