    This product is efficient in it's construction - lightweight, clips on strong and securely, picks up audio wonderfully. I feel so happy whenever it's on, as I know my words and songs will be captured. However, that happiness is soon lost to the abyss of my sound not being captured properly. For a mobile recording enhancement, it is basically a glorified phone mic that allows for you to move around, and yet at the same time, not go very far at all. It is extremely difficult to maintain connection via bluetooth past say 10 feet, and you aren't notified that the mic has disconnected. Especially when using the app that goes with it - the ENTIRE recording gets deleted once the mic goes out of range. Insane. There is no sound to notify, only a red light that comes on. So often I am recording something, move away from my phone one bedroom over, and then loose my entire recording without any notification. It's easier to just record directly onto my phone with that lack of accessibly for motion - without that, and needing to carry your phone around with you and the mic, it does not serve the mobile purpose I desired and thought this could be. Every time this happens, you then need to re-pair it. I spend more time re-pairing - whether it's when I first open the app, to when it goes out of range even so slightly - than I do actually recording. The system time also does not sync automatically with smart phone's time/date, so mine are also all off. Lastly, there is no "on/off" button on the device, or a pause, only a mute. This basically negates the use of this item for me as an accessible mic to use, even when paired with a phone.

    I love the brand and quality. But unfortunately this product is not for everyone. My idea was to use it for content creation, but I couldn't do anything in Capcut or any other social platforms, because you need to record the video in the Shure App and then transfer it to your phone, waste of time

    I've been testing it all over and it sounds great. All I've been doing is clipping it to my shirt collar; not even holding it. The only feedback I'd give would be on the software update; I'd try to make that a bit clearer on how to DL the hardware update. Thx!
