Decent Set at a very good price for what you get
I've had this kit for a little bit now and I can safely say it is definitely a good kit for the cost. the toms sound great once tuned, the kick drum is very deep and punchy, the snare pops which is all great. it was easy to set up and had decent instructions. now lets go into the unfortunate negatives. this kit uses arm mounts instead of a suspension mount. the problem with arm mounts is that they interfere with the tom's ability to resonate and makes them sound much worse than they should. A way around this is to lock the toms as close to the edge as possible while still being able to lock them onto the mount. this should let the drum resonate more. The heads also arent the best quality but they arent awful at all. once i switched the packaged heads to my evans g2 coated heads they sounded great. now the cymbals. the hihats were an undoubted improvement over my last ones and sound much better to me. the crash/ride however i dont like quite as much when used as a crash at first but as i played it more and used it more as a ride it was better. Branded cymbals like Paiste or Zildjian would almost definitely be better. now the bass drum is pretty much perfect to me. i use a small pillow in my bass drums and when tuned it sounded amazing. the bass pedal is pretty easy for me to use and the heads will last until i can experiment with different heads. It is definitely better than my last kit which was a Rogue kit. I'd use this as a backup kit if i needed to though id probably get a better kit for gig drumming. hobby or practice though, as good as it could probably be for the cost. very pleased with this kit. The drums, specifically the toms and snare, have a good range from high to low. personally i prefer low tuning but your preference could differ. the snare and toms do have a lot of sustain especially the floor tom. if you want lower sustain like me you will definitely want muffling on your snare and toms. put some moongel on there and drum away.

Bought the Unity set at the start of the pandemic thinking I'd try to learn. Quality isnt even what I guess what I'd expected for the price. Bass feet, bas head locks, and hi-hat clutch all broke within the first couple weeks of learning. And I'm new, playing somewhat gingerly, not trying to beat the devil out of the set. Messaged support about the clutch, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up having to buy a complete new hi-hat stand and Gibraltar bass head locks. Got some Gibraltar bass feet, but they don't fit, and unable to purchase the ones made for this set. Overall, not terribly happy with build quality or support.

Pretty good and versatile, especially for poplar wood. My only gripe is that the toms have giant holes in them, resulting in less than perfect sound.
Absolutely Amazing

The Drums were in tune right out the box and they were easy to setup. The build quality was exceptional. I enjoyed the deal I recieved on them and I am grateful for such a price.

Great beginner kit...cymbals not the best but for the price can't complain. The bass cover had a dent upon delivery so that was a bummer. Already replaced dented bass with new/upgraded drum head. Moon gels really help the Toms sound better!

We have a older set of these drums given to us and added some evan clear drum heads on it! and stuffed a pillow in kicker, tuned it, added some more quality stands and higher end high hats , accessories and def can't complain for the price these are at for a beginners set its traveled up past that level with users , it's been stuffed in a SUV and lugged around to quite a few small venues with quite a few metal bands using it within the last year , backlined it at some of them venues with no complaints from other bands that where not beginner's either !
