The Trace Elliot Transit B pedal is a professional grade preamp for the discerning bassist. Built-in tools for tone shaping like Pre-shape, 5-band EQ and dual-band compressor are easy to use and easy to tweak on the fly. Features like Drive with blend control and built-in bass enhancement add to the tonal options available. The back-lit control panel becomes the chromatic tuner for accurate tuning. Built-in Pre and Post XLR balanced output, dry output and headphone output give the user the ins and outs they need.

    I use a Rick 4003 thru a G&K 700 head with an Epifani 2/10 cab. This pedal makes the Rick growl, chime and roar..... it also just plain replaced all my other pedals in one fell swoop.

    This a great preamp pedal! Very good sounds come out of this device. Great for the apartment or late night jam to your favorite songs.

    Great design, simple self explanatory control. Great preamp power going DI to system but it has obvious noise with all four effect features. No problem as long as you remember to turn the effect off when not playing. Otherwise very quiet. I really am impressed because it sends a much better signal to FOH that the Hartke Bass Attack or GK MB200 that I've been using. The TE preset is very impressive.
