    I use this to hang a mounted tom from a cymbal stand. It works perfectly. It holds my 12" rack tom securely. It is easy to set up. The price is better than other brands. Get this one.

    I bought these mainly for supending my "floor" toms on my right. I hit hard, and when I'm playing with my bandmate, I hit even harder. These things do not budge at all. I'm pretty positive they will hold a cymbal arm to a cymbal stand as well.
