The Ortega Americana Series RRG40CE-DBK left-handed concert cutaway acoustic-electric resonator guitar blends a traditional look and feel with contemporary appointments, just like its musical roots. A distinctive integrated cone resonator gives this resonator guitar the characteristic overtone-rich twang. Volume and tone controls are included with the magnetic lipstick pickup. Other features include a mahogany top, back and sides with a distressed satin black finish. It also features a blackwood fretboard, maple/ebony bridge, aluminum cone resonator with an antique finish, 2-way truss rod, antique chicken foot coverplate, and white ABS binding.

    Purchased as a gift from my wife. When we got it he had issues with the tuning it and the strings had to be pushed down extremely had in order to play it. He started replacing the strings when it was discovered that the resonator guitar was stringed incorrectly. Both high and low E strings were installed incorrectly. Once replaced and installed correctly they work beautifully.
