Equipped with 10 different effects, including pitch processing, formant, harmonics, sound smearing, pseudo stereo, and more. Manipulator can take a normal vocal and transform it into a complex, entrancing new sound. Other monophonic and rhythmic sources work particularly well with Manipulator. Manipulator allows users to accept MIDI data in real time, allowing pitch shifting to be controlled on-the-fly via MIDI controller. Didn’t like the vocal melody in a take? Play it the way you hear it! Manipulator transposes pitch seamlessly and adds a unique texture to incoming audio. Manipulator supports up to four polyphonic voices when used with a MIDI input.

    Incredible sounds for a pretty reasonable price. I use it on tons of pop vocals and it sounds fantastic, and relatively different from any other vocal processor that I've used. Love all the modulation controls as well, just wish I could use it similarly to Melodyne and correct formants in vocals with it so I don't have to use too much CPU.

    Yes, the POLYVERSE Manipulator vocal processor will work with Reaper — it functions as a VST/AU plugin, and Reaper supports both plugin formats.
