    This tom bracket is being used to upgrade the stand mount on the back of an Uright Electric Bass. It works! But it was a close call. In the product image, the bolt holes are drilled into a flat plane. The one I got had no glat planes. The only reason this might have been an issue (it wasn't) was that I wouldn't be using the machine screws that came with the bracket, but appropriately sized wood screws. The heads of the only viable wood screws I could find threatened to prevent the threads from getting down to their full depth, but everything is OK.

    Good solid mounting bracket bought it then found out the iss mount already came with one but I'm sure I find a use for it.
