I used to use an old office chair (without the backrest) for my throne, but then I decided that I needed a real "throne". Not that old, beat up office chair: one with a real deal, foam round top. I saw this, bought it...and it was love the instant I sat down. It feels like sitting on a cloud. If you're looking for true comfort while banging the skins, get this. You won't be disappointed.
The real deal!

I've been using the same throne since my first set of Rogers (1964). Why did I wait so long? Sooooo comfortable! This will also see double duty at my keyboard work station!

I have used a Pork Pie throne before and it was heaven. It wasn't mine. I had been using a PDP throne. Now I am the proud owner of this awesome looking and great feeling throne.

I have always had the cheapest throne possible. I finally broke down and went for quality and got the Pork Pie (Black Sparkle with Red Velvet top) and it is night and day difference! Do yourself a favor and get this throne.
