    Bases were missing and the ones that the store gave me don't allow the poles to screw in all the way. I won't ever drop ship an order to be picked up at the Guitar Center on S. Willow Street in Manchester, NH again.

    Base threads for 1 of the stands does not turn into the base. Tried cleaning them but only get them part way into the base. Also had this shipped to store and packaging was all damaged, poorly repackaged. One piece was missing and the store gave it to me out of their inventory. The second stand I was able to get the threads in. So I am disappointed in the shipping and the quality of 1 stand with the bad threads.

    I have owned and used ProLine products in the past. I ordered 6 of these stands because the price was perfect for what I needed them for. 4 out of the original 6 had to be returned. Of the 4 replacements I received, 1 had to go back again. Still waiting on it's replacement. How hard is it to get this most basic mic stand right?!?!?! Customer Service made the return process quick and easy, so kudos to them. And I decided to stick with my order, because these stands truthfully do work well IF they arrive in working condition. My problem with all the broken ones I received was simply that they kept sinking and wouldn't tighten and stay at the height I wanted.
