I'm in love with this little 12" sub.

I set this up in my living room to go with my K10.2. I play guitar, sing and play Karaoke through it. I set my K10.2 to extended sub mode, 80HZ and set the preset to LIVE. It makes a world of difference with the bass added to the sound of my K10.2. I always wondered if I should have gotten the K12.2 instead of the K10.2 due to the added bass of the 12" driver. Now I'm glad I didn't because I feel this combo sounds better than the K12.2 sounds "without a sub." I feel the 10" driver in the K10.2 has plenty of power to keep up with this KS112 sub. I am super happy with my purchase and it has plenty of bass to do what I ask of it. You not only hear it, you can feel it too. I actually had to turn the bass down because it thumped so hard. The blend with the K10.2 sounds absolutely amazing to say the least.

Absolute trash.

I bought a pair of these 6 months ago. First gig out, they sounded pretty good, but had terrible phasing issues during sound check. Nearly every gig since, phasing issues have been worse and worse. Tried time aligning them, had to add up to 6 milliseconds of delay to get them close. Finally one amp smoked during a gig. Sent it back to QSC... amp pcbs are back ordered for 3+ months. Don't waste your time with these, they are garbage, will definitely break in a few months and then can't be repaired.

I have 2 of these, chosen for their smaller size and the fact that they have included wheels which fit my loading ramp perfectly. My first use of these other than at home for practice was at an outdoor event for about 200 to 300 people at our church. I was totally surprised at how well these performed. My kick could be felt even at the back of the venue and the bass reached down seemingly lower than what the specs say (I'm thinking the specs depend on how they are measured- for instance, did they measure at 1 meter? Did they measure in a live room or an anecohic chamber?) in any event, these subs exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend these for sure!

I wasn't sure about a 12 inch sub, but I took my friend's advise and gave them a try. I am so glad I did. these little subs thump! I pair them with a pair of QSC 12.2 tops set the crossover at 100hz and let them go. They sound really good when you have good ac. When you don't they don't. I use a power conditioner with my set and have seen voltage drop after playing for a while. They don't like 113 volts! I would suggest running them on a different source from the rest of the system. Otherwise they sound good.

  • This woofer is good.

I bought these and paired them with my QCS CP8s. WOW! Tight and articulate. It added so much clarity to the overall sonic picture. Best $$ I've spent on my PA in a long time! My only complaint is that the cooling fans are a bit loud. Not a deal breaker for me and I would highly recommend these to anyone in the market for a powerful, punchy, lightweight and compact subwoofer.

I own a pair of the K12.2 speakers, and always wanted to try and add a Sub. I'm not a DJ, but Audio/Video is a hobby and passion and I care about sound quality. Every so often , I provide Audio for a family party or two. I didn't want a heavy, montrous Sub , so I gave the Ks112 a shot due to its streamlined size, light weight, and built in casters. Well, one song in and I was BLOWN AWAY. The clean, quick, accurate and pumping response from this 12 inch woofer completely took me by surprise. The guys at Guitar Center in East Brundswick, NJ told me this was a perfect choice for what I needed, and they hit the bullseye. Don't let the 12 in size woofer fool you. This Sub is AWESOME!!!

Hi. You have this product in your Willowbrook, Houston store. A couple of weeks ago, it was marked 'DEMO', and had scuffs that suggested it may have been out of the store at some point.

It is NOW marked as full price. Is there a way you could discount this please, given the age and condition?

Thanks!

This may be a dumb question, but on the QSC Subwoofers, is there some sort of cover for the side with the input(s) panel? the reason I ask is because they are on the bottom of the cabinet. Next to the wheels. What happens when you go through a puddle of water, or rocks. What is there to protect the inputs?
