Over the summer I went to Guitar Center several times to find a new guitar. Every time I played the more expensive Martins....etc but at the end I would always end up with this guitar in my hand and just loving the sound and feel. On the day time when I bought it, I noticed that I had been playing it for like 25 min and a guy came up to me and said "can I play that?" I took it to the counter and bought it and a case. I couldn't bare that someone else would buy it. I love it so much. It is holding up great and I play it every day.

At 150 off of list price and the beautiful tone (not to mention visual astethics) I couldn't pass it up. Sounded better than some of the higher end Martin's and Taylor's I played. .

  • This is what was missing from my hand!

I was actually at Guitar Center looking at Taylors and Martins, for future purchase. (Once I quit sucking at guitar.) This guitar kept grabbing my eye. A few strums in and I almost didn't suck. For much less than the boutique guitars!

After trying several other guitars in this price range, the Recording King impressed me with an absence of any extraneous vibrations and clear sound with or without an amp. Just what I need for recording at home or performing at open mics. From China. Hen hao!
