Perfect fit for my Reloop turntable and keeps the dust out when I'm not using it.

Absolutely excellent. It fit my 1200 MK2 like a glove. Very high quality plastic, and I love that it's tinted. It comes with its own hardware. You will need to remove your factory technics hinge brackets and use the reloop ones. Be careful when you're doing this. There is a 2 inch plate on the inside of the turntable that will fall inside if you take both screws out! Once you look, you'll know what I'm talking about. If you install the reloop brackets using only the top holes, you will be all good. This is for the 1200 MK2. The 1200 MK5 doesn't have mounting brackets for a dust cover. Only 2 tiny holes. Technics wanted you to just place the cover on top when not in use, not actually attach it. So if you want to do it correctly, you need to get yourself some MK2 mounting hardware and install it. KAB USA sells everything you need to get your MK5 fully functional.
Great dust cover, but...

I really like the quality of the dust cover. You can tell the hard plastic would stand up to anything being dropped on it. The only thing I will say is that it does pick up scratches very easily. I purchased a pair and the plastic clips that attach the cover to the turntable were really loose on one so that when they're not attached the slightest touch will cause them to snap closed. This doesn't affect the functionality at all, but is a bit of a pain when it snaps out of nowhere.

Dimensionally fits my Technics SL-1200MkII. Pre-drilled hing holes don't line up with hinge tabs on the Reloop (knew this going in) requiring new holes be drilled. Once carefully drilled, works as expected. Smoke color looks sexy.
better than tech covers

Nice looking. Attaches easily. Easily removed and replaced, or you have the option of it standing open.

With the dust cover closed, can the record play all the way through without the tone arm hitting the dust cover? I currently have the Deck Saver dust cover on my 1200MK2 and the middle divot touches the tone arm half way through the record playing.
No, the arm will not hit the cover
