    I ordered these for a kindergarten class's graduation performance, and after one lesson, the kids were playing well and having fun. The castanets do not fall off of their fingers, and are very easy to 'click'. I'm sure there are plenty of technically 'better' sounding castanets out there, but these sound just fine and are so easy to use. Would highly recommend them for casual practice/performing and for teaching.

    The castanet's are plastiky but the sound is good an solid, the price is for 1 so you will need to order 2 if you want to use both hands, mohht need to adjust or change the strap, The price even then is still great.

    I am not happy with the look...they have scratches....they sound lovely....but not as new. I would like to contact the seller.
