Love This Little Amp !!!
I bought this amp when it was on Sale and I couldn't turn it down simply because of the way it looked. Tweed cover, metal corner guards etc..,.To my surprise when I hooked up my 1970 Aria Les Paul it was great ! Really - this is Too Cool ! Remember folks - it is what it is - but there isn't anything better out there in this inexpensive basic amp category that can beat it. The headphone jack is a nice touch. Wouldn't change a thing on this amp. Even the 6.5" speaker holds its own when I'm playing. Been playing 40+ years and being pleasantly surprised by something like this makes me Happy ! Get one - You'll like it !

I got this on Stupid Deal of the Day for 50% off.
The distortion is not good. It is harsh sounding and not terribly usable. The clean sound is fair and therefore does take a pedal fairly well. If I were a novice and this is all I could afford I'd get another job so I could afford something better. For the price I paid at 50% off regular price, I can make it work in a mix with other amps.

Ok at best

It's ok for a small practice amp and it looks nice, but that is about it for the good. Sound is ok at best. Distortion is horrible and even for a small amp it feeds back a lot. I got it on the deal of the day, but I would never pay fuul price for it. You can get better for the price.

This amp has a vintage look that sets it apart from the customary black. It is the perfect size and sound for daily practices or small venue performances. Glad I purchased it and would recommend to others.

I use this little retro-looking amp in my home studio. Gets the job done very well at an affordable price. Complaints from most folks I've read seem to lose sight of the fact that this is not a high-end tube amp. It perfect for my bedroom sized space without blowing my wife out of her scrapbook studio down the hall. Simple enough that my 7yr is comfortable jamming on her little CBG. Overall, a good purchase that I would certainly make again.
I would probably not buy this amplifier again.

I bought three of these a couple of years ago, two of them as gifts for two of my sons. At the time I thought, what the heck, get one for myself as well. Unfortunately, it took me several months before I ever plugged it in and tried it out, as I would have known that it didn't have a good tone at all.
Nice sound for the price

I bought this amplifier less than 10 months ago, my son uses it very rarely, and since I got it had a static sound when turned on, but last time he tried to use it the static sound was overwhelming loud. Does it have manufacturer warranty or how can it be fixed?
