I play at home. I have run a synthesizer (Yamaha MX49), a bass guitar (Epi TB Classic IV PRO), an iPhone, and a mic through it. Each item sounds really good. The larger the space you're playing in and the more professional your needs, the more likely you might press up the some of the limitations of this small and inexpensive amp. But for someone in my situation looking for a Swiss army knife of an amplifier, you really can't go wrong. Terrific value for the money.
I wouldn't recommend for Yamaha products

Perfect volume for a small acoustic setting. May not be loud enough otherwise. Beautiful STEREO sound when plugging in keys. RCA jack for playing music off phone. Vocals and acoustic gtr sound great through it. Extremely light weight and easy to use.
