Wish I would have discovered these a long time ago I took the Ernie Balls off all my strats and replaced them with these they are now my go to strat strings Paul Davids was right in his YouTube string test video

i have tried other brands for strings ,but i always returned to my rotosounds,,play smooth,sound great,,price is good,,,best string

I find the Roto Pink 9-42 electric guitar string to be the perfect compromise between traditional wound strings and flat wound strings. I use a fair amount of slides in my playing and regular wound strings feel too restrictive and rough for this technique. I discovered Flat wound 9-42 from GHS and found them to be an improvement but the negative was that the EAD strings were too slippery. Ryan, my Guitar Center sales professional suggested the Roto Pinks because they have a coating over the wound strings that makes them the best feeling strings, a perfect hybrid between wound and falt wounds. A nice bonus is that each set comes with an extra high E string. John

I usually use Gibson Vintage Reissues, but the GC String Club card allows me to try other brands. Thank goodness, because I paid about 38 cents (tax) for these. The windings feel unfinished, the strings are spongey and I never felt like I was in control of the strings. There are many strings available at this price point. Buy them.

I've always used Fender Bullets in the past. These were given to me for free at a local music store. I am never going back to Fender Bullets. These play great. Feel great. Bend great. Only issue I see is the potential for broken strings. The high e string is barely larger than a human hair..

I've just began playing the guitar and still pretty new to the ins and outs. The guy at Guitar Center recommended these to me. They sound GREAT. They tune well and have really crisp detail. No doubt about it, I will buy these again.
