I have an 18" and I used it for a while but wasn't trashy enough for what I like to play. It has more of a trashy crash tone. If I get a chance to play at my church and use my own cymbals, I use this one over my other because of the tone. It's just a little bit bigger than 18". SUPER LOUD! I nearly went deaf when I hit it while playing

I've got the 18" china and this thing is nice. i have had it for a little while now and i love it. when i got this the description said it was a thin to medium thin china, but mine feels pretty solid for a thin and maybe even some medium thin stuff. It has a nice quick accent that can definitely be heard over a band setting, with a loud quick accent of china brashness... its awesome. and just for the record I'm not a sabian only fan boy when i buy a cymbal i want the best sound i can get not the name i own multiple sabian and zildjian cymbals and looking at some mienl. if you want a good quality china that will last this is the one for you. without a doubt.

This is possibly the smoothest china I've ever played. Very trashy, yet very musical. It has a crash-like sustain and smooth overtones. You might think its not appropriate for short accents but playing with a band it cuts and is very quick. Also very versatile, great for any style of music from metal to rock to hip-hop.
