Like all the 3I Series of waterproof cases, the SKB 3i-2015-10-D is an ideal solution for storing and transporting your delicate electronics, A/V equipment, microphones, mixers, cables, computers, or percussion and music accessories. The hardshell case includes a cubed foam interior to better protect your gear.

The 3i-2015-10-D injection molded rolling case is constructed of ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin and feature a gasketed, waterproof and airtight, submersible design (IP67) that is resistant to corrosion and impact damage. Its continuous molded-in hinge, patent-pending "trigger release" latch system, comfortable, snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle, secure stacking, and automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C) all contribute to its military-grade design. The hardshell SKB case has built-in wheels that make transportation much easier.

    This SKB 10 case is the perfect case. I didn't get it for musical equipment, although...it's perfect for mics, cables and so on. I purchased this case to protect an 8" Celestron SCT (telescope). It's the perfect size for the main optical tube assembly. I ordered another for the German Equatorial Mount. I travel with the scope to very dark locations and I need something that will be water proof in those damp high mountain nights after my viewing session is over. I like the size of these cases as it make it very easy to handle or pack in the vehicle. Very tough cases and come with cubed foam or without. SKB cases are my favorite for my guitars, amps and accessories when I'm on the road with the band.
