The case holds up well. A bit expensive but this is definitely an investment that will not need replacing for years and years to come.

I am a drummer who does a lot of plane tours and it is very practical to carry through the airport and very safe to take on the plane, I use it with 8 cymbals counting the Hihats

I've been using SKB cases for a while. Not cheap but well made. Slowly picking up all the cases I need to gig. Can't beat the lifetime warranty.

Very solid build on this case. I had a gigbag that finally bit the dust. Also there was a SKB sale going on, so always look for those as well. The one downfall and in no way pointing at the gear, is buying in the store. I think I'm done with in-store shopping due to the lack of customer service. GC used to be a great shopping experience, not anymore.

I knew from my experience with basses that a hard case is a must when protecting an instrument, so I got this cymbal vault because it was the only hard case my local GC had on hand when I bought my first cymbal. It works well, is durable, and is well designed. I love that it rolls because I have a penchant for picking the biggest, heaviest cymbals because I like their sound--definitely better than carrying all that weight in my arms.

  • Well protected, portable, little room inside

It's a nice case, but only holds like 5 or 6 cymbals

I would like to know, if one Ride 23' could work with this case, or if a Need to buy the model for 24 inch.

No, the SKB Rolling Cymbal Vault is 22". You need the larger one.
