With seven strings and a long 26-1/2" scale length, the Schecter Hellraiser C-7 FR electric guitar is made to play heavy rock and metal music. Other heavy-rock essentials found on this beast include a set-neck with 24 extra-jumbo frets, solid mahogany body with quilted maple top, EMG 707-TW active humbuckers with coil-splitting, and a Floyd Rose Original tremolo bridge with a locking nut. You will never be happy with just six strings again after you experience the low end growl of the C-7 powerhouse.

I recently got back into playing 7 strings again. I've played guitar for 16 years and have gone back and forth with liking 7 strings. That being said this is the best one I've had. Super comfortable and the emg's are fantastic. I put that it has fret buzz but not too much and that's due to me getting as low action as I'm comfortable with. Bottom line is if the buzz doesn't transfer through the amp, I'm good. This will most likely be my forever and go to 7 string. I love Schecter and that all I play now. Straight shipped they are the best set up ready to go that I've ever had

First 7 string guitar! Really good tone! Have it running through my Line 6 Pod and records great! Perfect for Metal, Djent, or it can even deliver really clean, rich tones!

Hello, I've had this guitar for a few days . And it is amazing ! This guitar doesn't only sound good but it looks like a peace of art ! The active pick ups get a nice clean , especially when you start combing the neck and the bridge. And experimenting with it. The neck is huge ! If you are coming from a beginner guitar or anything of that sort get ready! This guitar is gorgeous in black cherry , if you have the chance to buy this or if you're having difficulty choosing , pick this I've spent endless hours . Researching and going to try out all the 7 strings I could possibly find . And this is the absolute best one ! The neck is also a tad thick so if you like Ibanez (guitar I had before) then you might not like it , however I find it comfortable and easier to play . If you have small hands don't let the extra jumbo frets scare up I ! transition from 6 to 7 excellent! Very happy purchase . Bought it for 730$ just call the store or guitar center and they will help you out !
