I love this bass and play it allot but my Schecter toxic venoms got something that makes them feel even better. probably stainless steel frets and the coating its dipped in, or maybe they are made out of harder woods. The schecter toxic venoms are worth the extra money but they dont make a 6 string, and so far I havn't found a better 6 string than this one. Pls let Schecter know you want to buy a 6 string toxic venom so they can make one for us. : )

I think if you're looking to try a six string out this is the bass to go with. I like the look, sound, feel, and durability of the guitar. I travel with my basses a lot and it seems to hold up to weather changes pretty well. It has a wide range of tones giving you many options for many types of gig settings. It plays like butter also. Strings are spaced out well and the neck doesn't feel too big or clunky. All in all if you're in the market for a six string this bass is an excellent place to start.

I have been buying Schecter basses for a long time now and this one was by far the best Schecter. The tone is perfect for any style of music. The neck is really thin so its easy to move up and down. Their is a couple bad things that can be fixed. One the bass is top heavy so you will need strap locks so it will not fall off, and the action needs to be fix for the neck. (well for my one at least.) The B string was rattling with the fretboard. Those are really easy and cheap fixes. After I fixed all those minor problem it is one of my favorite basses i have ever played.

When i first picked this up, the first thing i noticed, was the incredible action, low from top to bottom, and its incredible light weight for a extended range bass. The bridge holds your strings tight but allows you to change your strings easily and quickly without the hassle of pushing the B string through. the pickups sounds great, there passive, its all a matter of what you prefer there. This is for sure one of the better basses i have purchased.
