Great sounding bass!

I've really been wanting a fretless but didn't want to spend a ton of money. This bass gives me the 3 band eq that I'm used to and allows me to dial in the tone I want and gives me the cool sound of a fretless. It's great for the contemporary worship music I play at church. Highly recommend!
I definitely buy this bass agauin

This guitar is my first fretless but not my first Schecter and I'm very impressed. I'm very happy with my purchase. It plays very smoothly and I love the tone. If you like Schecter guitars, you'll love this one.

I was originally looking at the warwick basses, but after looking at all of the features like the neck thru construction, 35" scale and quality electronics I decided to try one out. I played a fretted version at the local GC, and found that I also liked the neck radius more than the warwicks, it was nice and shallow, playing very quickly. It has a good tone, and I like the configuration of the eq. It's set up with a seperate knob for bass, mid and treble, has a PU balance knob, and master vol. The only downsides are that it is impossible to find in any other color than the honey satin in the fretless version. I actually like the color, it is much more brown, with a flat, natural finish than the pictures make it look. The only other thing to mention is that the 35" scale does limit your string choice a bit, but d'addario chromes super long scale are perfect. The tech support guy called on monday after leaving I left a message on friday afternoon, and he emailed me some pdfs of user manuals, and wiring diagrams. Best buy for a fretless 5 under a grand.

What is the weight of this instrument?
All basses vary depending on the density of the wood. Even the same model can vary up to 1.5 lbs Manufacturers usually only spec size and type of wood. Bass Guitars are generally between 8.00 and 10.00 lbs. The only way to know the weight of an individual instrument is to weigh it. I'm sorry I don't have one to weigh. This will be approximately 8.5 – 9.5 lbs.submitted4 years ago

What type of strings does this bass come with standard? If I want to add flatwound strings, can you suggest a product?
They come with D'Addario .045 to .130 gauged strings. If you'd like some different strings you can give us a call at 866-498-7882 and we can help you find a couple options to choose from.submitted6 years ago

Good Afternoon, This Schecter "Blemished" Stiletto Studio 5-String Fretless (item#: 190839695079)...Can I get a clear overview of the "blemished" condition this particular bass suffers from. Seriously considering this item. Want to order today depending upon condition. If there is/are photo(s) that would be great. Much appreciated

I would like a hardshell case if I buy this. Which are reccomended?
This bass would work well with any standard bass case. The Musician's Gear Deluxe Bass Case would be a good choice.submitted6 years ago
