Tradional slide players use their pinky to attach their tubular slide to and are forced to keep it on during the course of a tune, but that's about to change. With the AX Reversible Guitar Slide, not only do you have the option of using different fingers, but its special 2-piece design allows the "sleeve" portion to be rotated in less than a second so that the finger it's attached to can be used unencumbered for normal finger playing. The move itself is done with one hand, so quickly that it doesn't interupt a solo. The Delrin ring section comes with four ring sizes to accomodate most players.

What a great slide idea

I am a novice and this is my first slide. I saw this at the store and decided it was a must. I have used it several times and is very easy to use. Good slide action, and with a simple twist, you can go back to playing chords without taking off the slide. I plan to explore slide songs more.

nice slide and good concept.

Maybe it's me, but I have not got the hang of spinning the slide while still playing notes or a chord with my other fingers. Otherwise, nice slide and good concept.

    I've been searching for this type of slide for a little while. Some of the other solutions offered by other companies didn't give me the tone I liked. This one worked really well and was pretty easy to get used. I gigged with the AX Reversible Slide not long after receiving it. I do want to mention that one of the plastic inner rings was a little out of spec. I contacted Shubb and they sent a replacement out immediately. Great service. Great slide.

    This is a great product. Just what I needed. It comes with 3-three different sizes of plastic rings so you can select the one that fits best in your finger, which allows you to fast and easily rotate the slide part to alternate finger or slide during your playing. This fact impresses the audience.

    Big improvement over regular slides. It's always a pain to have to take a regular slide on and off during a song. This design allows me to use all fingers, then quickly switch to slide, and then switch back. I've never seen one of these before. There are also several alternate rings that you can fit into the slide depending on your finger size.
