great little vocal microphone. I use it for light duty home recording, and solo live performances with my acoustic guitar. Wrks well. Very clean sound. No troubles at all. Not sure how or if it would withstand the rigors of a "gigging musician", but it does the minor tasks I request without any problems at all.

I run this through a tube type preamp/compressor and I have used it to mic my guitar as well as to do vocals through. It is sensitive and it picks up a lot, so I use a pop screen (sock type) and it does just great. In small venue gigs I can run it through a 10 watt amp and get plenty of good clean sound, plus, it isn't too picky about the cords you use on it.
Great mic. At the price, it's a steal!

Perfect all around mic. Doesn't need phantom power, it's plug and play. I use it for both vocals and for miking an acoustic guitar, depending on the venue. Works great, it's plenty sensitive, I keep foam on mine because it will pop if you are doing vocals through it. But with a foam screen it works great and it's very solidly built. I plan on buying more in the future.
Hi quality mic for the musician with a budget
