I have had a lot of Jazz Basses, From Modulus to Fender to Squier, and This right here is the best Jazz Bass I've ever had, The preamp is great, I wish they had given less control honestly, because I am constantly changing the setting because I can't decide which sound I like the best.

  • I would buy this product again

I noticed in the pictures; a few pictures showed a black piece surrounding the electronics knobs and one picture showing a much lighter colored piece surrounding the knobs. Which one will be equipped? Is that something I can choose?

Are the instruments in the photos the actual instruments in stock, and is it possible to find out the weight of a specific bass before ordering? In particular, the Sire V7 ash (not vintage) with pearloid pg in white blond. Ready to buy in a few weeks at a reasonable weight. (I'm 67, bad back, still gigging) thanks, Randy
