Most drummers have experienced the problem of noise complaints while practicing in apartments or late at night. Drums are loud and penetrating but the Sound Percussion Mutes quiet the sound, yet retain the feel of the drum itself.

The mutes are constructed of an ultra-thin material that closely approximates the feel and touch of a stick hitting a drum head. Immediately, drummers will notice a vast improvement over existing mutes and the makeshift use of towels, tape, and blankets.     These are great at stopping the sound. You can barely hear the drums outside of the room and you almost cant hear the hats at all. if you combine with brushes all you hear is a swishing sound. the only problem is they tend to create a more woffy sound when you play hard and this tends to carry better. other than that they're amazing
